A great vessel for serious cruisers, the Kha Shing 40 Sundeck a well built semi-displacement design with a solid fiberglass hull, a shallow keel, and a rather distinctive trawler-style profile.

She has a two-stateroom, galley-down layout with a lower helm in the salon.

The interior is all teak, and the cabinetry and joiner work are quite impressive. With her wraparound cabin windows and excellent headroom, the salon of the Kha Shing 40 Sundeck is quite spacious and airy. Notable features include starboard salon door, wide side decks, a large stall shower in the aft head compartment, teak handrails and a full-width master state room whose dimensions are impressive for a 40-footer.

She is powered with Cummins 6BT5.9s (4,400 Hours) that give her cruising speeds range from 10-11 knots, and the top speed is around 15 knots. She has a Graco oil change system and spare propellers.

This boat was outfitted to complete the Great Loop with new electronics including a Garmin 943XSV Plotter, with anVesper AIS-XB8000, Radar, Raymarine Autopilot, Icom IC-M424G VHF, FloScan. Power is provided by an Onan Generator and 450 Watts of solar power with Vitron Controller and two 8D AGM Batteries powering a Vitron 3000 Watt Inverter.

This vessel has been well maintained and is ready to cruise the Great Lakes and the Great Loop again. She comes complete with a Highfield RIB, A Yamaha 9.9 converted to 15 hp and davits.
